Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Computer Systems Engineer to join our team at our Rancho Cordova office. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable infrastructure systems in the Azure cloud. You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing critical CI/CD pipelines, implementing automation tools, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

As a Computer Systems Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage both infrastructure and application deployments. You'll also work to enhance our system's security, monitor performance, and support disaster recovery processes.

Responsibilities:

Design and deploy scalable infrastructure in the Azure cloud using Terraform scripts for consistency and reliability.
Develop, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and reduce downtime.
Automate user and group management processes in Azure Active Directory to improve security and compliance.
Automate SSL certificate management by developing scripts and tools for secure communication.
Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible to ensure reliable and scalable provisioning.
Implement monitoring solutions for system health, performance, and security, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
Ensure consistent configuration management across environments using tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Develop disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure business continuity and data integrity in case of system failures.
Implement security best practices in CI/CD pipelines to maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Leverage containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to efficiently manage and scale applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with Azure cloud services and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and management.
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and security best practices.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation tasks.
Familiarity with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for configuration management.
Experience in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
